WOD:

For Time:

10 Pull Ups

20 Push-Ups

30 Sit-Ups

40 Air Squats


GOAL: 14-24:00


SCALING:

  • Push-Ups - Box or Bench. Use bands.


COMP:

  • 10 Chest - 2 - Bar

  • Deficit Push Ups off of 45# Plate

  • 15 GHD Sit Ups




STRENGTH:

3 Rounds


10-20 Hip Extensions/Empty Barbell Good Morning/Banded Good Morning


20 Pistol Progressions/Pistols/Box Step Ups (no push from the foot on the ground)


*20m Each Side of DB Overhead Waiters Carry (Build To A Heavy 20m for each side)


10 Barbell Bent Over Row (Build In Weight from last week) or 10/10 DB Bent Over Row


*Sub option: 40m Bear Hug Sandbag Walk
