July is a higher percentage density OLY, a 5-3-1 style of squatting for a 1RM build, some very classic WODs, and the Liberty games. The skill of the month is Handstand Walks.

Complete the Deck For Time

1 mile run for time as a team


DETAILS:

Draw cards from a standard 52-card deck plus 2 Jokers. Each card drawn determines which exercise to do and the number of reps.


Suit determines the exercise:

Hearts = T2B

Diamonds = Burpees

Clubs = Thrusters @ 115/80#

Spades = Box Jumps 24/20"

Card value determines the number of reps (face cards = 10, Aces = 11).

Jokers = 15 Cal Bike


***Let's do teams of 3-4 here

***Only one person works at a time




***Nobody gets left behind, you all start together, you all end together. If one person stops running, everyone stops
