***Can be subbed to DB press. Whatever is needed to achieve 20+ reps with the HSPU or 35+ reps w/ the DBs

3:00 Forearm Plank

***Go for unbroken here, don't give up AMRAP

B) 12 Bar Facing Burpees

C) 12/10 Calorie Bike

D) 14 Pull-Ups


***Goal is to complete all of the reps each interval

***Have everyone start at different points so that we can all ride the greatest thing in the world, the bike
