July is a higher percentage density OLY, a 5-3-1 style of squatting for a 1RM build, some very classic WODs, and the Liberty games. The skill of the month is Handstand Walks.


CROSSFIT

STRENGTH:

A. Back Squat

20:00 to build to a true 5RM here


***No belts till we hit 70%+

***Build as you see fit


B. Back Rack Walk Out

3 sets of :10second Back Rack Walks Outs @ 105% of 1RM

***SAFETY 1st here above all else. Bracing and squeezing, generating tension is of the utmost importance here. Can use all the gear here.


***Rest 1min between sets here


WOD:

10:00 AMRAP

40 Double Unders

15 Air Squats

3 Wall Walks


***Goal is 2-4 Rounds
