CROSSFIT

STRENGTH:

Squat Snatch (%’s are based off of your 1RM Squat Snatch)

3 Reps @ 40%

3 Reps @ 50%

3 Reps @ 60%

3 Reps @ 75%

2 Reps @ 80%

1 Rep @ 85%

1 Rep @ 85%


*Complete reps as touch and go or singles.

*If you miss more than 3 reps at any %, stop there.


Additional Modifications As Needed Based Off Of Athlete:

  • Reduce %’s as needed

  • 1 Power Snatch + Overhead Squat

  • Power Snatch

  • Perform from the Hang Position Squat/Power




WOD:

4 Rounds x 3:00 AMRAP (15:00 Total Minutes)


4 Single DB Devil’s Press 50/35

6 Toes-2-Bar

24 Double Unders


*Rest 1:00 Between Rounds

*Beginning where you left off for each new round.

*Your score is total rounds and reps of all 5 AMRAP’s
