Build To A Heavy Single


*Building to a heavy single does not mean you need to go for a Personal Record. If it’s there, great! Slay away. If not, just build to something that feels heavy.

*Athletes may go from the Hang Position if needed

*Clean if unable to perform Snatch

GOAL:

*Score = Rounds + Reps. If you finish the round of 12 DB Snatches and get 3 Strict Ring Dips into the following round, your score would be 4 + 3 reps.
