22 Double Unders

22 Wall Balls 20/14#

22 Medball Cleans 20/14#

22 Hanging Knee Raises

:22 second Forearm Plank

22 Hugs and/or High 5s

***Can start anywhere on this, just get all 20 movements done in the allotted time. Can go in any order as well. Just have fun and do the work
